Hull City winger Liam Millar has labelled teammate Cody Drameh a ‘great player’ as they form a partnership on the left side of the pitch.
Hull City won 3-1 away at QPR on Tuesday night last time out to rise up to 9th in the Championship table.
Millar, 25, got himself on the scoresheet against the Hoops for the first time for his new club. Drameh also scored along with striker Chris Bedia.
Speaking after the match, the Canada international said, as per the official club website: “I think I was smiling more than he (Drameh) was when he scored. But, it was a fantastic goal by Cody. I feel like we play really well together and all credit to him. He gives me a lot of security knowing he can deal with anyone one-v-one. I feel like our connection is growing and we want to keep it that way.
“It gives me the freedom knowing that if I lose the ball, we’re not in trouble, because he is there and will win 99% of his duels. It gives me a lot of trust him being behind me. I can pass back to him and he can do whatever he can with the ball. He’s a great player and it is great to play with him.”
Hull City man praised
Drameh has started the last three games at left-back for Hull City.
Despite being right-footed, he has adapted well to the change in position and has helped the Tigers win three on the spin.

The East Yorkshire outfit landed the defender on a free transfer over the summer following his exit from fellow second tier side Leeds United.
Drameh, 22, was snapped up to add more competition and depth to their defensive department and is still to find his groove at the MKM Stadium now.
He played for Fulham before moving to Elland Road in 2020.

What now?
Drameh has found a permanent home at Hull City and is still easing into life with the Tigers.
They are back in action this weekend with an away trip to Norwich City before the international break.
