Southeastern Conference Doc Series Is Coming to Netflix

Whether you’re a die-hard college-football fan or haven’t paid attention to itsince you were in college yourself, an upcoming show will immerse you in the glories of the game. On Dec. 18, Netflix announced production of a season-long series that follows the sport’s most dominant conference, the Southeastern Conference (SEC), during the 2024 season.

Produced by Box To Box Films, the powerhouse production company behind Sprint, Full Swing, Formula 1: Drive to Survive, and Break Point, the docuseries will bring viewers docuseries will bring viewers everywhere from the field and the locker rooms to the team buses, barbershops, and more.

Over the course of eight 45-minute episodes, viewers will gain unprecedented access to the players and coaches that make their favorite (and rival) teams forces to be reckoned with. The series is executive produced by James Gay-Rees, Paul Martin, and Hillary Olsen for Box to Box, with showrunner Collin Orcutt.

If you can’t wait till summer for your next football fix, have no fear: NFL Christmas Gameday is live on Netflix Dec. 25.
