The Los Angeles Rams have revealed exciting plans for a new, state-of-the-art headquarters in Woodland Hills, as part of a transformative $20 billion development project. This ambitious initiative is set to not only benefit the team but also revitalize the surrounding community, creating a dynamic sports and entertainment hub in the heart of Los Angeles.

The new Rams headquarters will be located on a nearly 100-acre site at the corner of West Oxnard Street and Canoga Avenue. This strategic move comes as part of the Rams’ long-term commitment to their Los Angeles base. The decision to relocate their practice facility is expected to coincide with the 2024 NFL season, marking a new chapter in the team’s history. The facility will feature multiple natural grass practice fields, designed to provide the ideal environment for the Rams to train and prepare for upcoming seasons. The site will also house modular trailers that are equipped with modern amenities, including office spaces, meeting rooms, locker rooms, weight and training facilities, and media rooms. The complex aims to enhance the player and staff experience by offering cutting-edge resources and a collaborative environment.

Looking ahead, Rams owner E. Stanley Kroenke has revealed plans to expand the project beyond a simple practice facility. The broader vision includes the creation of a fully integrated sports and entertainment district. This will feature not only the team’s headquarters but also residential, commercial, and retail spaces, along with green areas and community amenities. The aim is to establish a vibrant and sustainable destination that benefits both the team and the local residents, turning the area into a bustling center for both sports and daily life.

The project is aligned with the Warner Center 2035 plan, which aims to revitalize the Woodland Hills area. The Rams’ development project will serve as a key driver of local economic growth by generating new jobs, increasing tourism, and attracting businesses to the area. The development will also incorporate a variety of public spaces, further strengthening community engagement.

This bold move by the Rams represents more than just a relocation; it underscores the team’s commitment to Los Angeles and its long-term vision of blending sports with entertainment and community development. The new headquarters, combined with the surrounding infrastructure, is set to become a landmark for both the team and the city of Los Angeles.
